- Coordinating and implementing research, improving product quality in the company.
- Supervising and supporting the transfer, training and supervision of new technology to relevant departments.
- Develop outline, conduct research and publish research and development results with other departments in the company.
- Regularly read and research specialized scientific documents (extraction and analysis of plant active ingredients, biochemical metabolism and fermentation technology) in English.
- Participating in inspection, investigation, handling and clarification of equipment incidents and incidents that cause unsafety in the production process, causing damage to property and people.
