Japanese Assistant (Translator/Interns accepted) at Ho Chi Minh City - Ags

Job description:
- Responsible for consulting services for customers;
- Responsible for translating and interpreting between Japanese and Vietnamese and jobs that require the use of Japanese language ability.
- Researching and synthesizing information related to specific topics at the request of customers and translating into Japanese;
- Support interpreting and synthesizing information in meetings (including with customers and internally);
- Support Vietnamese staff in making reports in Japanese;
- Support communication, information transfer/request work between Vietnamese employees and Japanese customers via email or direct contact;
- Support the general affairs of AGS (the scope and details of the work may change with the development of AGS)
- Cooperate with other departments and other offices to complete assigned tasks;
- Support other services as required

REQUEST
- Graduate;
- Japanese level equivalent to JLPT N3 or higher;
- No experience required;
- Priority is given to candidates with major in Accounting / Auditing / Finance / Economics / Law or with related knowledge background;
- Good working skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint...);
- Work diligently and carefully;
- There is a high sense of responsibility;
- Have orientation to work in Japanese environment
- Working from Monday to Friday: 8am - 5pm
