- Receive, review and check design documents from projects assigned by the company or directly deploy construction technical documents of assigned projects in case there is no detailed design documents. Coordinate with departments to calculate and synthesize the volume of items and materials that need to be proposed
- Calculate and develop construction plans in accordance with contract progress. Create charts to track progress and coordinate work
- Responsible for direct supervision to ensure the quality, technique, and aesthetics of construction items at the construction site. Coordinate with subcontractor representatives to coordinate work on the project scientifically and according to procedures
- Carry out reporting and work planning for each day at the project. Evaluate the subcontractor's capacity, experience and sense of discipline, and propose suggestions for use or replacement when needed.
- Carry out acceptance work and prepare payment documents with contractors and investors in accordance with contract procedures and terms. Ensure accuracy and completeness
