Responsible for the goals: operations, business, costs, and customer service of a Post Office.
Success is measured by the following indicators: market development, increase in revenue - output, quality of operations, quality and labor productivity; Post office costs.
Staff size: 10 - 15 staff/Post office.
Report to Area Manager (AM).
Job requirements
Intermediate or higher graduation
Have experience in Management
Ready to learn and ready to change
Ready to work
Proficient in Excel/Google Sheet
Good communication and situation handling skills
Experienced in Logistic and Express industry

Income: 10 - 15 million/month
Promotion opportunities after 6 months: Develop to become Regional Manager/Regional Deputy Director/Regional Director.
Trained in skills in operations and system administration; Leader Ship, Sales & Customer Service
