- Manage implementation and control, and at the same time be responsible for all issues during the production shift.
- Find out information about orders to be produced including: (Production plan, production orders, raw materials, equipment status...)
- Assign workers to work in positions during the production shift.
- Advise and coordinate with the Foreman or Deputy Foreman on operations during the production shift.
- Control, confirm and compare raw materials, finished products... when delivering and receiving with the warehouse department.
- Combined with mechanical maintenance and repair when machinery and equipment have problems;
- Control all issues of orders in production. Closely monitor order data. In case the order runs out, there is a loss exceeding the allowable level or there are discrepancies in raw materials, finished products, BTP, and waste products, you must be responsible for finding the cause, solution, and explaining to the Board of Directors. factory.
- Responsible for stability and efficiency in production lines during production shifts.
- Check and properly implement problems in the production process.
- Check documents and books for correct implementation of production processes of the lines.
- Direct production support when assigned by management.
- On behalf of management, decide on relevant issues in the production process within the allowable scope.
- Report directly to the Manager, Deputy Manager, Board of Directors and relevant departments about abnormalities occurring in production such as people, equipment, raw materials, and product quality.
- Urge and remind workers in production shifts to work according to procedures, seriously, with quality and efficiency.
