Job description:

1. Receive delivery records, arrange delivery schedules for customers and send delivery schedules to the sales department
2. Responsible for the job of OUTSIDE VEHICLE COORDINATOR
3. Coordinate with warehouse to arrange delivery to customers. Track goods transferred from the warehouse office, waiting for delivery to customers
4. Monitor, hire outside transportation vehicles, master payment documents, loading and unloading
5. Arrange loading and unloading personnel when required
6. Manage delivery vehicle coordination
7. Manage and arrange warehouses reasonably and scientifically
8. Calculate transportation costs, fuel costs, related to delivery
9. Report monthly and quarterly delivery status to department heads or when requested by the Board of Directors

11. Minimum education level: College
12. Experience: at least 1 - 2 years of experience in logistics, warehouse keeping, warehouse
13. Candidates are familiar with the HCM route, in good health, and willing to travel
14. Foreign language\informatics requirements (type & level): proficient in office informatics
15. Skill:
16. Skills in analyzing, synthesizing, and organizing work
17. Organizational and time management skills
