Head of Revenue Accounting Team at Ha Noi - Y Tế Pw

1.1. The main task:

• Responsible for controlling cash inflows and receivables of facilities throughout the system, participating in building, implementing and supervising the implementation of accounting processes: Cash collection process and debt management Receivables;
• Responsible for ensuring sales activities/transactions are reflected in their true nature and fully posted to accounting books; Every month, ensure the balance/transactions on the system match the accounting books;
• Responsible for preparing and checking revenue reports, cash flow and other reports related to revenue/debt;
• Participate in developing processes and instructions for issuing sales invoices and recording revenue at the right time and in accordance with tax laws and accounting standards;
• Participate in building, implementing and developing reconciliation processes/systems with collection partners/banks. Moving towards building an automatic control system and automatic debt accounting;
• Participate in building, synthesizing and developing sales data system/structure, moving towards automatic synchronization of data from the system with accounting books;
• Be the main working point of the accounting department related to data and how to record data on the system, ensuring revenue/debt accounting activities and daily control activities are accurate and clear. throughout;
• Ensure the storage of documents is complete and in accordance with laws and accounting standards;
• Organize and assign work to revenue accounting specialists throughout the system.

1.2. Other tasks:

• Urging, inspecting and supervising lower level accountants to complete their work according to standards;
• Coordinate work with functional units (tax, planning and investment department...);
• Other tasks as assigned by superiors
