Job description:

• Developing and implementing strategies and business plans in line with the Company's orientation.
• Building a business team according to the company's orientation.
• Managing the sales team: Managing, supporting and guiding the team to achieve the sales target set by the Company.
• Coordinate with Marketing department to research market and develop customer system according to the company's plan.
• Weekly report on business situation and work results to the Board of Directors.

Request:

• Male/Female under 35 years old, good-looking appearance, easy-to-listen voice;
• Graduating from college or higher
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the field of Furniture, Construction, Real Estate, Finance, Insurance.
• Having business qualities, being able to organize, manage, recognize, evaluate and motivate employees;
• Have laptop and transportation.
