Job:
- Analyze competitors and the market.
- Design and implement strategic business plans, expand the company's customer database and improve brand recognition.
- Set up KPIs for departments and sales staff.
- Analyze business results and develop plans to improve performance.
- Advise and advise the director on strategies, plans and business operations plans by month, quarter and year.
- Resolve problems and complaints from customers related to sales and service.
- Participate in the recruitment process, goal setting, training and performance monitoring of sales staff.
- Manage, coach, provide professional training and promote the capacity of members
- Monitor sales team data and report periodically to the director. Present sales, revenue and expense reports; Provide realistic forecasts to directors.
- Other tasks as requested by the director.
Request:
- Graduating from college or higher.
- 4-5 years working experience.
