JOB DESCRIPTION
● Responsible for sales KPIs of the sales team
● Team building and training telesales staff;
● Manage, evaluate, supervise and assign work to personnel of the sales team in charge
● Discuss with Manager to build - perfect - improve working process
● Synthesize, analyze, make reports on business situation, propose measures to boost revenue
● Advise the Board of Directors on the business strategy for the product
● Other tasks as directed by TPKD, Board of Directors;
APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
● From 1 year or more working in the position of sales team leader or similar positions
equivalent; Experience in managing a team of 10 or more is preferred.
● Good communication skills, agile.
● Preference will be given to candidates with experience in telesales, managing customer data on
CRM.
● Team work skills; Ability to train and motivate employees to develop their capacity
REMUNERATION POLICY
● Unlimited income including: Hard salary from 15-20M + Bonus % of team sales + Other bonus
● Probation for 2 months enjoy 100%
