JOB DESCRIPTION
• Recruit, build and develop a team of human resources, giving priority to Leaders who have existing teams.
• Train employees weekly on product content, sales policies, sales skills and situation handling.
• Ensure sales targets: Develop and complete business targets for the entire group as requested by the Board of Directors.
• Research the market, competitors, products and propose business strategies and development plans for each period.
• Support sales staff in negotiating and closing transactions with customers.
• Motivate, motivate, manage, supervise, urge and guide employees to carry out work on schedule.
• Establish, develop and maintain relationships with customers.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Leadership.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
• Have at least 3 years of experience in the Real Estate field, at least 1.5 years of experience in a similar position.
• Understanding the Real Estate market, knowledgeable about land, housing, and resort real estate in HCM and neighboring provinces.
• Good management and team building skills.
• Good communication and negotiation skills, flexible and responsive.
• Professional working style.
