- Manage consulting and customer care team.
- Manage customer data and assign personnel to advise on enrollment and courses.
- Link fields to search for customer data
- Advise and resolve related issues for parents regarding appropriate programs and learning paths for students when submitted by subordinate staff.
- Have experience in the field of marketing to search and collect customer information through event organization.
- Ensure monthly business plans for staff
- Contact Parents to resume the course
- Support enrollment work: carry out admission procedures, entrance tests, and class placement for students.
- Participate in training new employees and assign tasks to each employee in the team.
- Perform other related tasks as directed by the Center Head and the company's Board of Directors
