Responsible for designing production techniques, deploying drawings for estimating, planning, workshop and related departments (files for CNC, Printing).
Get drawings from Design Department. Check drawings, adjust and deploy production drawings.
Peel off. Prepare detailed list of materials, accessories, supplies…….
Code numbering for each part on product drawings. For ease of tracking the number and identification of links before assembly.
Must be knowledgeable about supplies, materials, equipment and machinery to calculate and give a reasonable production process.
Develop a standardization table of material categories to avoid the problem of using non-conforming materials.
Building norms (BOM) for each product line as the basis for the estimating and planning department to calculate quotes and plan production and delivery.
Review drawings, meet technical deployment before production.
Directly coordinate with the factory, adjust the drawings to suit the actual production situation.
Make a plan to propose equipment, machinery and materials suitable for each product detail.
In conjunction with P.Business to advise customers on materials and product aesthetics.
Combined with Estimation (QS) to build quotation + bidding.
Implement the mode of reporting results periodically or unexpectedly at the request of the Board of Directors.
Research methods to improve and optimize production techniques.
