1: Job Description.
- Make marketing plan, sales program by month, quarter, year.
- Planning promotional programs including expected cost and effectiveness; business process promotion. Monitor and report on the budget using brand activities to the management and directors.
- Market analysis, competitor research, and appropriate marketing strategies.
- Build and manage the company's communication related content on communication channels such as Fanpage, Website, press channel, Youtube...
- Responsible for training, building an effective team as well as ensuring the team's goals.
