* Job description
- Plan, deploy task assignment, supervise and support related to content production activities for the company's websites in each stage
- Responsible for assigning work; Censoring, managing the quality and content targets of the content team, distributing existing content on the company's websites, fanpages, and YouTube
- Coordinate with other departments to come up with ideas for designing banners and promotional videos by month/holiday.
- Measure, evaluate and report team performance periodically
- Propose ideas and solutions to promote and develop the company's brand.
- Training and training for new employees
- Analyze market and content trends to improve and optimize team performance.
- Carry out tasks assigned by management.

- Graduated from College, University or higher majoring in Journalism/PR - Marketing or related fields.
- Have experience in a similar position of 1 year or more
- Experience in building long-term, short-term, campaign-based content strategies / content plans and managing implementation according to plans.
- Good leadership, communication, situation handling, and work arrangement skills.
