1. Make a plan to deploy and develop the collaborator system
• Managing a human resources team with the goal of developing and expanding Online Sales Agents/Contributors
• Develop a plan to develop the agent/CTV system
• Searching and expanding a team of agents and collaborators online
• Coordinate with related departments (marketing, operations, to advise and support customers, collaborators, online agents)
• Develop sales policies, and programs, in order to create a favorable environment and promote the Affiliate system
2. Analyze and report the effectiveness of online business activities
• Regularly and periodically report on effectiveness and implementation status
• Proposing accompanying plans and solutions to improve/optimize efficiency
