- Coordinate with BP to handle complaints/arising of customers during online purchase.
- Proactively propose programs to give incentives to increase revenue.
- Build sales programs on online channels (Social, e-commerce platform ...)
- Operate the online sales process and improve - improve the quality of Online services
- Directly deploy & guide employees to deploy sales on online channels
- Planning and implementing promotional activities for the shop and products on e-commerce and social channels (searching and posting information on FB groups, asking for customer feedback and posting on online channels). , organize livestream...)
- Propose changes and improvements to optimize the work performance of individuals in the department
- Organize work reports to superiors and related departments
- General work, daily/weekly/monthly reports at the request of the Board of Directors.
