LOCATION OF TEAM TELESALES
1) Job Description
- Directly manage the telesales team of 4-6 employees.
- Support in recruiting, managing, consulting, training and supervising a team of Professionals and Employees under their management in the sale of products related to English courses for working people & businesses .
- Develop customer base, build good relationships with internal and external partners.
- Call according to available data for customers/students. Consulting English courses and inviting students to test their English proficiency.
- Check, urge and support the sales work of members to ensure that the Group strictly adheres to the number of calls, quality of calls and services, quality of credit and processes.
- Check, monitor, make calls. Conduct internal training courses to improve telesales skills for employees.
- Make reports for BGD.
Work location
Facility 2: AROMA Cau Giay Building CL11-A2, 118 Nguyen Khanh Toan, Cau Giay District, Hanoi.
Working time
- Morning 8:30'-12:00', Afternoon 13h30'-18h00'. From Monday to Friday, and every other Saturday.
2) Candidate Requirements
- Graduated from College or above. At least 2 years of experience in Telesales field. Preference will be given to candidates with 1 year of experience in a similar position
- Age from 25-30
- Ability to manage and operate.
- Good communication and persuasion skills. Preference will be given to candidates who can communicate in English.
- Able to work under pressure and take initiative in work, responsible in work.
- Have a personal laptop.
3) Benefits
- Hard salary: competitive + bonus for team sales + bonus 1- 4% of individual sales. Earn up to 16,000,000 VND - 20,000,000 VND.
