Job description
- Manage the Tourism Department and assign appropriate work to the staff of the Tourism Department: Organizing events, conferences, tourism.
- Responsible for sales and promoting sales of the entire tourism department.
- Planning and organizing the implementation of the department's business plan according to the assigned targets
- Responsible for building, managing, operating business activities, resolving customer complaints
- Participate in market research and assessment (local customers) in the management area; Organizing, developing marketing plans, meeting customers, developing markets
- Advise the Board of Directors of the Company on business strategy and customer development, propose allocation of goals and plans for sales staff.

- Propose marketing, advertising, communication and implementation strategies.
- Identify needs, propose recruitment, directly train the department's personnel.
- Monitor, supervise and evaluate the performance of employees' work, adjust the plan objectives when necessary; motivate, encourage, motivate employees to complete work
- Prepare regular or extraordinary work reports at the request of the Company's Board of Directors.
- Planning to survey and evaluate the needs and psychology of target customers and potential customers. - Weekly reporting and monthly planning activities of the entire sales department to the Board of Directors of the Company

Detailed Experience/Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position in the event industry
- University degree in tourism - hotel, business administration or other related majors
- Preferably with Management or Executive certificate, event organization
- Good at English
- Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills, flexibility and tact
- Ability to work independently, team work, sense of responsibility and work under pressure
- Have a creative mind, good thinking and strategic vision
- Enthusiastic, dynamic, thorough, honest, responsible.
- Proficient in the use of office computers (word, excel, powerpoint)
- Can withstand pressure, ready to answer the phone 24/7
