- Plan, coordinate and manage all administrative system related procedures.
- Building and implementing the quality management process according to ISO standards for the corporation.
- Building a system to store project documents and documents and manage the implementation of archival work
- Recruiting, assigning jobs, managing schedules and working time of employees in the Administration Department.
- Supervising the spending of the Administration Department and other departments; Plan and prepare budgets for events.
- Monitor facility usage and plan maintenance.
- Ensure all employees follow workplace rules.
- Follow up changes in the company organization and business activities under the group
- Acting as an intermediary between the staff of the Administration Department and senior leaders, communicating the requirements of the superiors for the employees to implement.
- Selecting and assigning human resources for different jobs.
- Other administrative tasks as directed by management.
