Acting as a bridge between the board of directors and employees in the company
Manage and direct the activities of personnel in the room
Coordinate with MKT department to plan internal events with monthly kick off departments, personnel birthdays, company birthdays, year-end parties...
Building, maintaining and developing cultural activities
Building and updating working processes at the company
Supervising the administrative activities of the business
Solving labor relations problems arising during the working process
Candidate Requirements
University graduate or higher in related majors: Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Law,
At least five years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in the field of Real Estate, preferably in recruitment and five years of experience in a similar position.
Mastering the Labor Code, PIT Law, Health Insurance and Social Insurance Law, have knowledge and skills in human resource management
Proactive, agile, good handling of labor relations
Withstand pressure and high intensity of work
Have good communication skills
