I. Strategic tasks
- Make work plans for the entire department including human resource policies, personnel evaluation and administrative activities according to each stage of the Company's development; administrative and management activities according to each stage of the Company's development;
- Direct and allocate work to groups and individuals;
- Determine appropriate department structure for each stage of the Company's development;
II. Operational work
- Develop annual human resource plans (headings, title structure, job positions, annual planning & appointment plans, rotation and transfer plans);
- Develop salary and benefits regulations
- Develop processes, rules and regulations
- Manage employee records throughout the Company
- Organize, manage and perform administrative, clerical, logistics, security, transportation, cleaning, etc.
- Recruit, select and train staff suitable to job requirements;
- Working with other departments:
+ Support departments in handling issues related to human resources, internal training, processes, rules, regulations, human resources policies, KPIs, and administration; Coordinate with the Finance and Accounting department to understand the financial plan and have an effective implementation plan;
- Working with external parties:
+ Regularly work with partners and authorities to create long-term, trustworthy relationships;
III. Department management tasks
- Processes and Regulations:
+ Build work processes in the department to ensure the following criteria: concise, easy to understand and easy to implement;
+ Develop implementation regulations within the department to ensure seriousness, determination and solidarity;
+ Continuously update the forms used in the department to match reality.
- Create a good working environment, assign staff:
+ Organize and manage the work of employees under your authority, check quality and evaluate work efficiency.
+ Guide and support subordinate employees, creating a comfortable working atmosphere among employees.
- Coaching and training subordinates:
+ Guide employees to create personal action plans to achieve set goals.
+ Regularly train subordinates on working skills and effective situation handling skills.

Report periodically weekly/monthly and irregularly according to actual requirements
