Job Description

- Build, develop and review compensation plans and other compensation and benefit initiatives in accordance with the company's strategic plan, Ensure compliance with compensation and benefits standards company policies and legal regulations.

- Build, develop and review compensation plans and other compensation and benefit initiatives in accordance with the company's strategic plan, Ensure compliance with compensation and benefits standards company policies and legal regulations.

- Carry out appropriate communication work when disputes and employee discipline occur.

- Build and manage all administrative work of the Company.

- Welcoming and working with state agencies on related fields of Labor, Environment, Fire Prevention and other related fields.

- Other requirements as assigned by superiors.
