Job Description

Manage the system of policies, regulations and regulations on personnel

Coordinate to develop a system of policies, regulations and regulations on human resource activities to ensure the development of human resources of the hotel.
Implement policies, evaluate implementation and propose improvement options when necessary.
Personnel planning

Make short-term and long-term human resource plans for the hotel, including: recruitment plan, training and development plan, cohesive activity plan, etc.
Submit to superiors for approval and make adjustments when required.
Management and administration of human resources

Directing, implementing and controlling the implementation of the recruitment plan for hotel personnel, ensuring that the requirements for quality, quantity and recruitment time are met.
Directly participate in recruitment interviews, negotiate remuneration for important positions of the hotel.
Proposing the appointment, dismissal, rotation of employees or providing information on personnel appraisal at the request of the leader to carry out the personnel mobilization.
Directing and controlling the implementation of training activities, ensuring that the requirements on duration and quality are met.
The organization applies salary, bonus, allowance, insurance, welfare and working conditions support for employees in the hotel.
Participate in the development of a system of policies on reward and discipline and organize the implementation.
Control activities related to procedures: signing/terminating labor contracts, transferring, rewarding, disciplining...; Manage employee records to ensure proper procedures.
Organizing activities to develop corporate culture in the hotel environment.
Budget management for HR activities

Participate in the construction and adjustment of the budget for staff periodically in accordance with the actual needs and policies of the hotel.
Ensure staff budget is used effectively and economically.
Other jobs

Control the content of reports and information related to the hotel's personnel issues when sent to the authorities.
Professional advice or how to handle issues related to human resource management for hotel management or affiliated units.
Make periodic reports according to the hotel's regulations or when there is an unexpected request of the leader.
Perform other duties as requested by superiors.
