WORK CONTENT
- Prepare and implement business plans, organize sales, monthly/quarterly sales events and report to the Board of Directors.
- Establish, deploy and evaluate Digital Marketing activities on online channels: Website, Fanpage, Lazada, Shopee, Tiktok... to develop effective sales and multi-channel channels.
- Research, survey market information, analyze and evaluate competitors to provide directions.
- Develop PR strategies to promote brands and online business to complete assigned revenue and profit targets.
- Set up budget and resources to implement, deploy, monitor and analyze effective communication and advertising campaigns on e-commerce channels.
- Work with photo models, KOLs, KOCs and Outsource partners
- Coordinate with the sourcing department to develop new products.
- Assign, check, monitor and evaluate the work of personnel in the department.
- Participate in all advertising and sales promotion activities as required by the Company.
- Make periodic/unscheduled reports on the department's work at the request of the Company's Board of Directors.
