Job description
- Directly deal with customers and organize the implementation of offers and product introductions to find new customers to buy company products (new customers as defined in current regulations).
- Make reports according to the Company's regulations or as directed by the Board of Directors.
- Satisfactory handling of customer complaints
- Under the authorization of the Board of Directors to handle the work related to the operation of the Sales Department in the absence of the Director.
- Report on the unit's operation, make recommendations to improve the unit's operation.
- Prepare and organize the implementation of the Company's business plan
- Collect, analyze and evaluate market information and make suggestions and recommendations
- Approve and control company-level sales contracts according to the Company's regulations
- Be responsible for production and business activities before the Board of Directors and other State management agencies
- Manage direct customer business activities of the Company to ensure compliance with the Company's regulations and Vietnamese Laws.
- Approve the group's business plan
- Build, develop and manage the sales team.
- Building a professional image and style for the Company; Make a business plan weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly.
- Ensure the conformity of the Company's activities with the quality system
- Evaluate subordinates
- Collect and approve relevant quality indicators
