1. Building a business plan: |
- Planning and organizing the implementation and review of the business plan; propose adjustments in accordance with actual business conditions. |
- Develop a method of selling products annually and/or ad hoc according to arising. Review, evaluate and report on performance. |
- Develop and implement operational processes, propose policies and solutions to improve business development. |
2. Business deployment: |
- Research on products and markets: understand the company's product characteristics, coordinate with MKT & PR to learn about other products and competitors in the market. |
- Sales planning: participating in the development of monthly/quarterly/yearly sales plans; Budgeting and expected effectiveness of sales activities. |
- Deployment of sale: seeking to establish business relationships, customers, thereby finding out customer needs and offering, introducing and consulting the Company's products. Achieving sales targets. |
- Signing contracts, monitoring contracts and taking care of customers after sales. Coordinating to support partner shops to promote sales programs. |
- Report progress, sales targets according to company regulations. |
3. Deployment of external affairs: |
- Building and building good relationships with a network of wholesalers and retailers. |
4. Personnel management and training: |
- Managing and operating the Business Development department. Accomplish business targets and other assigned goals. |
- Training internal sales staff and directly participating in training to improve product knowledge and capacity of sales staff. |
- Participating in the process of evaluating the performance of human resources in the Sales team, thereby proposing plans on personnel and implementing activities according to the approved organizational structure. |

Candidate Requirements |
1. Knowledge: |
- Having specialized knowledge in human resources, management, marketing, journalism, communication. |
- At least 2 years of experience in similar positions |
- Experience and knowledge in the service industry, lenses, and beauty products. |
2. Skills: |
- Proficient in MS Office, applications, |
- Good communication, negotiation and persuasion skills. |
