| 1. Building a business plan: |
| - Planning and organizing the implementation and review of the business plan; propose adjustments in accordance with actual business conditions. |
| - Develop a method of selling products annually and/or ad hoc according to arising. Review, evaluate and report on performance. |
| - Develop and implement operational processes, propose policies and solutions to improve business development. |
| 2. Business deployment: |
| - Research on products and markets: understand the company's product characteristics, coordinate with MKT & PR to learn about other products and competitors in the market. |
| - Sales planning: participating in the development of monthly/quarterly/yearly sales plans; Budgeting and expected effectiveness of sales activities. |
| - Deployment of sale: seeking to establish business relationships, customers, thereby finding out customer needs and offering, introducing and consulting the Company's products. Achieving sales targets. |
| - Signing contracts, monitoring contracts and taking care of customers after sales. Coordinating to support partner shops to promote sales programs. |
| - Report progress, sales targets according to company regulations. |
| 3. Deployment of external affairs: |
