Manage and be responsible for the business activities of the Department
Implement business plans, evaluate project advantages and available resources to propose business strategies suitable to the area they are in charge of.
Coordinate the construction and implementation of customer search, marketing, sales, customer care.
Proposing effective business development initiatives to increase profits for the Company.
Update changes in project information, products, and Company policies in a timely manner to all Sales staff so that everyone can understand and share accurate information.
Monitor, support and motivate Sales staff to achieve personal and general business targets.
Support the negotiation, sales, customer consulting, closing transactions of Sales staff under the Department
Report the business situation, evaluate the completion level to make suggestions/solutions for improvement.
Be responsible to the Sales Director and the Board of Directors for the business results of the Department.
Coordination and operation of Marketing & Training activities, human resource management
Collect, synthesize, analyze, evaluate market information, assess the capacity of the current team, potential customers, business targets to comment, propose adjustments in marketing, PR, human resources with Sales Manager
Implement sales events and programs under the Company's projects to achieve business goals.
Manage sales team, coordinate with Human Resources department to train professional sales team
