- Advise the Board of Directors on business strategy, business network development, market development and sales increase.
- Directing planning, organizing the implementation of business plans & market development. Building a network of distribution and consumption of the Company's products to ensure the completion of assigned targets.
- Researching the market, customer tastes and competitors, proposing appropriate business strategies to ensure the good implementation of the Company's goals.
- Build a management system, supervise the implementation of assigned work targets, sales and evaluate the work performance of employees in the Sales Department.
- Coordinating with relevant Departments/Departments in concluding and implementing contracts and resolving arising contract-related issues with customers.
- Prepare reports to assess customer needs and support business in controlling and evaluating customer care;
- Develop marketing policies, competitive product policies based on changes in consumer demand.
- Measure results, track customer feedback;
- Support sales skills, management skills for sales staff to perform well in sales;
