Job Description

- Participating in schedule management, quality control of the project in charge and the schedule of product handover to the customer in accordance with the time regulations that the company signs the contract with the customer. - Participating in the development of business policies for the purpose of promoting the market, regularly reviewing and updating the effectiveness of the policy to make appropriate adjustments.

Requirements on qualifications and experience for foreign workers to perform the job:
- Requirements on qualifications and experience: have been trained in Business Administration or University of Commerce, have more than 5 years of working experience in the position of Business Manager; Priority is given to experience in the field of construction, trading in construction services, housing construction.
- Good command of English and Korean languages; especially the ability to communicate fluently for working with customers, suppliers and partners in Korea as well as international customers.

- Understanding pricing, price negotiation, payment terms, contract preparation, capacity profile, sales process.
