Make business plans and allocate business targets on the Distributor system under your control.
Support ASM in the process of implementing work, especially building relationships with partners and expanding the distribution network.
Research and provide direction and guidance to help SE and ASM complete business targets in the most optimal way.
Build relationships and be responsible for developing relationships with major distribution partners in the area assigned to manage.
Responsible for monitoring and ensuring performance targets of all SE and ASM personnel in the assigned area.
Responsible for implementing and completing assigned sales targets.
Make a plan to import goods and be responsible for implementing the consumption of imported goods according to plan.
Prepare mid- and high-level business analysis and market analysis reports to send to the Board of Directors periodically.
Develop sales programs within scope, coordinate with Marketing Manager to build and implement key marketing programs.
Responsible for debt.
Recruit and train SE and ASM (when needed).
