Head of wine wholesale business with income up to 40mil at Ha Noi - đa Lộc

1. Develop and organize the implementation of business strategies:
· Analyze market trends, competitors, implement business strategies, ensure completion of the Company's sales targets.
· Develop highly competitive point-of-sale sales policies.
· Develop a reasonable reward and punishment policy to promote employee morale;
· Build a customer network and continuously seek to open new customers.
· Build a customer database to ensure effective customer care and promote customer demand for products.
· Continuously update knowledge about products and related issues, thereby building programs and directly training customers.
· Plan and be responsible for implementing Marketing programs to support product brand promotion.
2. Management and development of the sales team:
· Responsible for planning and recommending recruitment, interviewing candidates, and training staff.
· Develop and continuously improve sales training programs and work processes.
· Monitor sales reports, analyze data to identify opportunities or come up with reasonable action plans and timely direction for the team.
· Supervise, inspect and evaluate employees to ensure timely and reasonable training and development. Organize and assign work, use resources effectively.
3. Report and perform other functions and tasks related to work as directed by superiors.
