1.Job description
- Responsible for retail channel sales.
- Prepare annual business plans, including sales goals, product strategies and pricing strategies.
- Coordinate with Store Managers and Marketing Department to create appropriate business plans, ensuring the completion of set business targets. Develop and implement sales, advertising, promotion strategies, etc.
- Collect and analyze data related to sales, customer traffic, shopping trends, etc.
- Use data management tools and software to make strategic decisions and development plans
- Build a systematic training program. Coordinate periodic professional training for retail staff.
- Coordinate recruitment of sales staff at the Showroom.
