Job Description

Position: HEAD OF CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT AND MATERIALS SALES DEPARTMENT (SPECIALIZED IN ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT)

Describe:
Staff
- Monitor the customer outreach process of each sales staff for timely reporting and support.
- Establish methods to approach each type of customer, provide directions for improving approaches and training for employees.
Make sales plans and implement them
- Plan and set sales revenue targets for individuals and groups each month, quarter and year
- Closely monitor and promptly support members to achieve targets
- Coordinate with management to make appropriate proposals to increase the efficiency of the entire group's work.
- Implement and deploy sales plans for branches (if any)
- Establish and regularly add a list of Agent stores to include in the staff's daily, weekly, and monthly sales care plan
- Guide and motivate employees to visit and introduce products to the Agent store as planned.
- Directly work with departments to resolve conflicts in the distribution system.
- Help the sales department continuously improve customer service better and better.
Product distribution:
- Search and develop customer groups for agents and projects
- Work directly with customers: agents, investors, design consultants,...
- Responsible for guiding the staff to fully distribute the company's products to all agents in the area under their responsibility.
- Forecasting sales situation to help the Company maintain a reasonable amount of goods in the warehouse.
- Control employees to properly implement the company's promotion, discount, and sales bonus policies.
- Find potential customers for the project. Direct product introduction transactions.
Debt control
- Responsible for guiding and controlling the Agent's maximum late payment limit according to Company regulations and the Contract.
- Responsible for monitoring and supporting the collection of due or overdue debts of the Agent for team members
- Regularly report and propose solutions to direct superiors, and implement solutions to recover bad debts of the Agent.
