- Manage sales staff, develop plans and strategies to achieve growth and sales goals
- Effectively control the implementation of business plans, ensure service quality, and optimize the sales process
- Market research, identify target markets, research potential customers, analyze competitors to propose specific strategies for each time
- Synthesize, build, manage the distribution of business targets and be responsible for implementing committed targets of sales groups & personnel under the department
- Responsible for participating in the recruitment process and professional training for sales/executive positions in the department
