Develop strategy and business orientation for the Travel and Airline Ticket Service Center.
Develop goals, orient and lead departments within the Center to complete tasks.
Implement business targets according to assigned plans to ensure sales/profit targets.
Advise, strategize and build tourism product development, sales policies, market development... Plan, policies, and implement plans for each department of the tourism market: Sales/Operations & segments MB tickets.
Control daily business activities at the center: employee working time, work quality, working attitude... thereby evaluating the data center's personnel to have a personnel plan.
Control implemented sales/business policies to comply with requirements.
Debt control; sales plan of the sales team.
Manage, operate, complete regulatory processes and be responsible for all tourism and air ticket activities.
Review sales/business policies before submitting to the Board of Directors for signature.
Responsible for internal and external affairs to promote the brand image of the Department.
Other tasks as assigned by the Company's Board of General Directors
