Job description
- Recruiting and training sales staff.
- Support the staff to consult and develop sales (Join fieldwork)
- Make business plans for the team, develop sales and find and exploit potential customers.
- Advising customers on products from FWD.
- Meeting and building relationships with customers
- Help customers realize the importance of insurance
- Changing customers' perception of insurance companies
- Spreading the positive meaning of Life Insurance to the community, helping many Vietnamese families to be protected in financial health and safety.
Candidate Requirements
- Age from 24. Have a college diploma or higher.
- Input staff: > 4 sales staff.
- Have a passion for work, a sense of responsibility, eager to learn.
- Good communication, negotiation and management skills.
