WORK CONTENT
- Manage and operate the Sales team, with a scale of 5-8 employees.
- Develop online and offline business plans to exploit the market and find potential customers (Offline channels account for 70%).
- Plan and coordinate data and resources to carry out consulting and convert into course contracts.
- Monitor and ensure key indicators: conversion rate, monthly revenue growth index.
- Recruit, screen and be responsible for organizing, implementing, training and providing professional training for subordinate staff.
- Coordinate with departments to process information, comments, and answer customer questions.
- Make annual/monthly/weekly reports.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.

No. 139 Cau Giay, Hanoi.

Job requirements:
- Age: from 27-35 years old.
- Degree: Bachelor of Business Administration or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Sales Manager
- Priority is given to candidates with experience in the Education Industry.
- Good planning and team organization skills.
- Skills in measuring and analyzing data to identify problems and propose solutions.
- Learns quickly and has the ability to adapt well to change.
- Willing to work under pressure, likes challenges.
- High sense of responsibility and proactive problem solving.
Job benefits:
- Income: 20,000,000 - 35,000,000 VND (Fix salary + Allowances + Commission)
- Revenue bonus from 1,000,000-5,000,000 (according to sales)

- Working hours: Monday - Saturday morning. There are 02 shifts, you can be flexible
Shift 1: From 08:30 to 17:30 (lunch break: 12:00 to 13:30)
Shift 2: From 13:30 to 21:30. - Propose a periodic salary increase from once a year.
