- Develop plans and strategies to serve development goals and achieve sales results set by the company for the Northern region, branch.
- Support, monitor and execute the business plan. Weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reports
- Building and developing customer system:
- Search and develop relationships with new customers, collect information about customers and markets to build a database to develop work in depth and breadth and find potential customers.
- Ensuring revenue and human resource development targets according to assigned targets, assigning targets to employees. Establish a plan to achieve goals and implement them for employees.
- Categorize customers and establish methods to approach each type of customer.
- Track the customer contact process of each employee, compile contact reports, give remedial directions, improve contact methods and re-train employees.
- Managing sales staff (10 - 15 employees), recruiting staff, training and monitoring the performance of sales staff
- Accept duties and be under the direct management of Sales Director, Branch Manager and Regional Director
