Planning communication, marketing, training, customer care to support sales promotion.
Coordinate with departments in the system to build order plans (order cars), participate in negotiations with companies/suppliers.
Organize the implementation of the sales plan, communication/marketing/training/customer care plan approved by the General Director.
Assign sales targets to each group, each sales consultant. Monitoring/monitoring/urging the implementation of sales targets on the basis of which measures can be taken to support sales consultants to ensure the completion of the target.
Proposing agent development, market expansion, sales channel expansion on the basis of information collection, statistics, research and market analysis (including needs, tastes, products, policies, player).
On the basis of collecting information from customers and the market about the product, analyze the feasibility of the product on that basis, and propose product improvement and development.
Implement survey programs, assess customer satisfaction about products and services; establish a channel to collect feedback from customers on the basis of which to propose measures to improve the quality of products and services.
Propose and advise the General Director to change or adjust sales/order policies on the basis of collecting customer feedback and studying market demand as well as actual business situation.
Control the activities of the sales consultant to ensure compliance with regulations.
