- Lead and orient the sales team to find potential customers and advise on the company's services
- Find out customer needs. Transmit customer requests to relevant departments for the most synchronous understanding.
- Coordinate with the design team to propose and propose project implementation plans, present design ideas to customers.
-Coordinate with departments to make quotes and contracts.
- Check contract terms, work progress and work with customers to finalize implementation plans.
- Control project budget and flexibly resolve arising project issues.
- Summary reports for customers, contract liquidation and accounting support for debt recovery from customers.
-Develop a project business plan, deploy the plan to each group and individual implementing organization
Candidate requirements
• Have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the furniture business,
• Skills to quickly grasp customer requirements to come up with plans when implementing with the company's production team;
• Know how to analyze and synthesize and process all relevant information from design, construction methods to actual production;
• Ability to communicate and solve problems related to internal workers;
• Proficient in using specialized programs, software, and computers.
