Processing
- In charge of the Company's media business activities;
- Be directly responsible to the Company's Board of Directors for the Company's sales and business targets;
- Research the market, learn about competitors, locate potential customers and advise the Board of Directors to develop business ideas and strategies;
- Prepare and implement the department's business plan according to the Company's business strategy to complete the department's sales by month/quarter/year.
- Manage, exploit and maintain old customer relationships. Search, build and develop relationships with new customers to increase revenue for the Company.
- Responsible for organizing and reporting the results of business plan implementation according to the Company's and Partners' development goals and strategies;
- Prepare budget for the sales department and submit it to the General Director for approval for projects of the Company and of partners and customers;
- Responsible for managing business and events according to plan and within the budget approved by Partners and the Company;
- Manage, recruit, train, maintain stability, and develop sales department personnel in accordance with the strategy and orientation of the entire Company;
- Other arising tasks according to the nature of the job when required.
Request:
- Graduated from University majoring in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Economics,... or related majors.
- Have a passion for the field of communication, advertising or events, branding, marketing.
- Have experience working with customers
- Age: Male/female born in 1996 or earlier.

- Fast working speed and good pressure tolerance, ensuring completion of assigned work on time as required.
- Sharp thinking, professional working style.
- Ability to work with personnel: communicate, convey and listen, guide, resolve conflicts.
