5. Training and coaching in business activities of Sales staff.

6. Collect and analyze data to evaluate and develop business goals.

7. Monthly and quarterly report business activities to the Company's Board of Directors.

8. Responsible for managing, supervising - monitoring - rectifying - supporting and orienting individuals in the Sales department, ensuring that negative problems (inattentiveness, unprofessional work) do not occur. career, wrong direction, dishonesty, discussing issues unrelated to work...)

9. Responsible for the Company's sales.

Benefits :
