- Develop short-term, medium-term and long-term marketing strategies and plans in accordance with the Company's strategic business orientation
- Market research, analysis and evaluation of competitors and potential customers to advise the Board of Directors on effective marketing strategies for each period
- Establish and manage the implementation of the Marketing budget according to the approved plan
- Determine the company's Marketing goals and effectively deploy advertising campaigns, communications and marketing programs to achieve the set goals
- Consulting and advising the Board of Directors on plans to improve the effectiveness of Marketing activities
