• Managing and operating the Marketing Department;
• Lead market research and planning, marketing strategies for the Company's brands;
• Develop quarterly and annual Marketing budget;
• Manage and coordinate online and offline marketing channels, communication programs, events, promotions, advertising,...;
• Organize and implement sales promotion, advertising and customer care programs according to the approved plan
• Responsible for organizing information and providing marketing communication activities via email, online publications, ...;
• Developing and implementing online marketing plans for the company's products and services;
• Working with Agencies (Press, KOL, KOC, Event...) to achieve effective Marketing campaign.
• Implement marketing programs about products, prices, advertising, promotions ... to reach, maintain and expand the target customer file, pull the target customer back to ensure sales
• Forecasting demand, monitoring marketing budget, planning marketing spending, analyzing market fluctuations to manage budgets and optimize costs.
• Control the cost of running ads.
• Report work according to the Company's reporting regulations
• Participate in mass activities, build corporate culture
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Director.
