JOB DETAILS
+ Develop and implement marketing plans:
- Build, manage and coordinate the Marketing department;
- Develop an overall Marketing strategy consistent with the company's business strategy;
- Take the highest responsibility for the quality of PR activities, promoting the company's image and products to customers and internally to promote and achieve the company's goals;
- Responsible for building, managing and developing the brand (identity, positioning, image, personality, ...).
- Determine and manage marketing budget
- Organize and implement, test and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs;
- Building marketing strategies on digital media channels; Manage, operate and monitor interactions on Website homepage, Facebook, Linkedin, Zalo...
- Report to CEO on marketing effectiveness;
- Coordinate with grassroots departments, ... to implement marketing campaigns.
+ Content production:
- Manage printing work, flyers, catalogs, website content.
- Responsible for updating content (articles, images, videos) for all Digital channels for the Company's brand system;
- Build and complete content (articles, image design, video design) for communication campaigns and marketing campaigns for the Company's brand system.
+ Manage activities of Marketing department:
- Responsible for managing and evaluating the department's work performance (goal setting, planning, monitoring, mentoring, evaluation, feedback)
- Set up process systems and management systems at the department;
- Training and developing staff at the department;
- Perform other tasks as requested by superiors and the company.
Experience/Skills in detail
- Age: FROM 28 TO 38
- Education level: Graduated from University or higher majoring in Marketing/ Business Administration/ Economics/ IT
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Understanding of Marketing knowledge and branding.
- Understanding of the field of electronic components and retail systems is an advantage
