Job description
1. Strategic planning and marketing activity plan
- Plan Digital Marketing and traditional activities to achieve set growth goals
- Set up budget and implementation resources
2. Customer relationship management
- Manage and analyze monthly customer data
- Develop customer care program and survey satisfaction level
3. Team management & development
- Assign and set goals, supervise and guide employees to perform work
- Recruit, train, develop and motivate employees
4. Market research & evaluation
- Research marketing trends, industry and competitors
- Identify target customers and develop potential customers
- Develop new business lines and distribution channels
5. Cooperate with other departments
- Implement internal programs
- Analyze and evaluate campaigns with the sales department
- Organize seminars, exhibitions, courses...
6. Report monthly plans and work progress of the Department and evaluate programs and implementation results
* RIGHT:
- Income: 20,000,000 – 30,000,000 VND

Working hours: 08:00 - 17:00 (Monday - Friday) & 08:00 - 12:00 (Saturday)
Experience/Skills in detail
- At least 03 years in similar position
- Experience in implementing integrated, multi-channel Marketing
- Experience in organizing workshops and events for customers
- Develop processes, operational policies, KPIs of the Marketing Department and train the team.
- Analyze and evaluate the market, competitors, and customers
- Measuring effectiveness for Marketing activities
- Planning Marketing campaigns
- Deploy CRM software
