Job Description

1. Building and managing human resources:
- Building and packaging a set of system administration documents for the Marketing Communications Department including: Functions, Organizational Structure, Maniscripts, Job Description, KPIs, Rules, Regulations Salary and bonus policies , promotion, discipline, dismissal, Procedures, Business manuals.
- Coordinating with Human Resources Administration Department in Recruiting personnel for Marketing Communication Department
- Develop a set of professional training documents for the Marketing Department, organize internal training for the department's personnel.
- Assigning jobs to personnel positions in the Department, Supervising, Supporting, Evaluating the work performance of each employee
2. Professional work:
- Organize the research and analysis of target customers (characteristics of needs, wants, interests, age, gender, location, ...)
- Building a customer experience model to ensure customer satisfaction and in association with building the value that the brand is aiming for.
- Develop, implement, monitor and optimize the effectiveness of approved strategies, events, communication & marketing programs.
- Main organization in charge of Producing Media tools, Building communication channels, Managing Contents of Channels, Measuring performance and reporting weekly/monthly against targets.
- Main organization in charge of Producing Marketing tools, Building advertising channels, Running ads to collect Data files that customers are interested in the Company's products and services and have the ability to purchase, Measure the effectiveness of the products and services. results and weekly/monthly reports against targets.
- Organization Search all exploitable sources Communication increase Reach, Brand Awareness, Increase Brand Love of potential customers.
- Always create value and good customer experience.
- Research and implement technical solutions, especially online tool solutions, related software to serve business activities, collect and manage data, for interactive activities. with potential customers to communicate, promote and attract customer data.
- Control communication costs according to budget and limit, ensure effective goals, find ways to optimize costs.
- Risk control and crisis communication (if any).
- Perform Performance Statistics, Analysis, Performance Reports and Advice & Suggestions for Marketing Director/Leadership.
