- Research, build and propose organizational structure, human resource structure
- Propose plans to improve and consolidate the organizational structure and departments and units in the Company.
- Control human resource staffing, annual salary and bonus budget
- Develop strategies on management of salary, bonus, welfare, emulation movements, measures to encourage - stimulate employees to work;
- Consulting and advising the Board of Directors in managing, implementing, controlling, organizing the implementation of policies, regulations, processes, regulations, etc. to ensure a fair working environment , discipline.
- Manage the activities of the Human Resources Department under the direction of the Board of Directors;
- Manage, update and store files and documents related to administrative and personnel work;
- Perform other related tasks as requested by superiors.
