In charge of all legal content related to the Company's business and operations, including sale/lease/management and operation of real estate products (apartments, commercial service plots, houses). );
Develop a set of contracts and forms to serve the deposit/purchase/lease of real estate products;
Develop contracts and forms to serve cooperation and association with trading floors, building operation management, and advertising communications for products/projects;
Develop related/emergency forms to serve sales/customer care work;
Guidance and training on the application of contracts and forms. Answer legal issues of contracts and forms for relevant departments;
Consulting/controlling the content of written feedback to customers/business partners;
Handling complaints and grievances from customers/business partners;
Monitor and control the use of forms and contracts and handle arising requests related to forms/contracts;
In charge of reviewing and implementing legal procedures arising in the Company's business activities (registration of promotions, events, sample contracts...);
Represent the Company (as assigned by Leadership) to resolve disputes arising in business and operating activities;
Review contracts and administrative documents serving the Company's operating work to ensure compliance with legal regulations and the Company's policies;
Control, prevent, and warn of risks to the Company's operating, production and business activities through legal review of records, documents, product purchase and sale contracts and related documents or in the process of carrying out legal procedures as directed by the enterprise;
Perform other tasks as requested by Leaders/Superiors.
